These two maps are based on the power and interests of the parties concerned to the two bank is Vietinbank and ANZ similaritiesand differences. The above table, managers in the high power and low power range, human resources and operational policies reflected this result. Competitors in low power positions on the matrix, keeping satisfactory both are similar. Finally, both are influenced by major customers, shareholders and employees, which is an important factor for each bank.
