Individual reviews are an analysis of an individual’s work habits to determine how well the project objectives and expectations have been reached. It can instil the importance of unique individual contributions to an overarching team goal, which increases satisfaction, innovation, creativity and overall productivity.

Feedback that is constructive is vital to employees ongoing development, it clarifies expectations, helps people learn from their mistakes and build confidence. 1. Specific – Feedback must be concrete and relate to a specific, measurable performance goal. 2. Timely – Employees must receive feedback as close to the event as possible. 3. Appropriate – should be present in a positive, tactful, and non-threatening manner. 4. Be frequent – Provided feedback as often as possible. This will ensure that team member will be comfortable with the process. 5. Proactive- do not delay or avoid giving feedback. Advise employee before it becomes a real issue.
