At this stage you will have to monitor and review operational performance of your plan that you have implemented. To do this you will develop, monitor and review performance systems, analyse and interpret budgets, identify areas of underperformance, implement systems to ensure mentoring and coaching, negotiate recommendations, and implement systems to ensure management of procedures and recordkeeping.You are required to: 3.1Develop, monitor and review performance systems and processes to assess progress in achieving profit and productivity plans and targets3.2Analyse and interpret budget and actual financial information to monitor and review profit and productivity performance3.3Identify areas of under-performance, recommend solutions and take prompt action to rectify the situation3.4Plan and implement systems to ensure that mentoring and coaching are provided to support individuals and teams to effectively and safely use resources3.5Negotiate recommendations for variations to operational plans and gain approval from designated persons/groups3.6Develop and implement systems to ensure that procedures and records associated with documenting performance are managed in accordance with organisational requirements3.1:Develop, monitor and review performance systems and processes to assess progress in achieving profit and productivity plans and targetsIn this task you will develop, monitor and review operational performance.
