Paleo diet is a diet ,which recommends people to eat vegetables, fruits, meets,animal organs and nut. Also, it requirespeople to avoid processed food, dairy products, grains and processed ingredients. People who choose paleo diet considerthat modern diet harms people’s body and cause disease such as obesity,cancer and others. They prefer choosing naturalingredients as their food.Compared my diet with the Paleo diet. In my diet, grains is the main source for me to take in carbohydrates that I needeach day. Moreover, my diet can help me build my muscle. On the other hands, people who choose Paleo diet willuse other ingredients to replace grains. I would not recommend these diet and other structured diets to my clients except my clients have problem withgluten.These diet might not appropriate for people to maintain their nutritional balance. People can counsume the rightamount of food and drink to maintain a healthy body weight when they eat a wide variety of foods. This is because theycan absorb the right amount of fibre, vitamins and minerals from normal diet. However , some clients might haveproblems to absorb grains. In this situation, I would suggest my clients to choose gluten-free diet because thisdiet is a good for people who have diagnosed celiac disease or allergic with gluten. This diet is useful for these clients to loss weight and keep healthy. As a result, I would suggest normal people to absorb the right amount ofnutrition form their diets ,which helps them keep healthy and lose weight instead of using these diets or any otherstructured diet. Research the benefits and risks of exercise and youth. List at least five resources (resources no more than fiveyears old) and summarize the research findings in your own words. Is resistance training safe, effective, andbeneficial for young people? Why or why not?Advantage:Teenagers should spend 30-60 minutes to workout per day. Teenagers are able to improve their body when they performstrength training with appropriate weight. Youth also can improve their exercise performance and decrease risk ofgetting injuries when they attend exercises. In addition,strength training can increase the bone mineral density of girls,and decreasing risk of developing osteoporosis. Moveover, strength training can encourage an interest in physicalactivity in overweight children who tend to dislike prolonged periods of aerobic exercise.There are a lot of benefits for youth to attend exercises. First, exercise can help youth improve mental health and well-being. Second , physical activities help teenagers to increase cardio-respiratory fitness. Also, progressive resistancetraining is the best way for teenagers to enhance musculoskeletal development. Moreover, attending physical activities isa good way for adolescent to develop their health and life.Physical activity and strength training are generally promoted for their positive effect on youth’s physical health.Teenagers can decreasecardiovascular risk by regularly attending physical activities.
