permalink embed save parent report reply [–] Jamie2512 5 points 2 hours ago Aesthetically this is the best one imo permalink embed save parent report reply [–] RavioliGale 2 points 2 hours ago It's certainly the most scenic I'll give you that. Best outfits as well. While I usually award high points for those for best one on one fight scene the priority has to be on action and choreography. permalink embed save parent report reply [–] Lolotov 4 points 4 hours ago Love this scene!

4/2/2020 What is the best one on one fight scene in movie history? : AskReddit 7/23 I made this a few years back, you might like it. ( /r/Cinemagraphs ) permalink embed save parent report reply [–] Jamie2512 3 points 3 hours ago I do like it permalink embed save parent report reply [–] Paranoidas 4 points 3 hours ago I love all the posturing and changing of stances in this scene. Far better and more dramatic than two people just hacking at each other wildly. permalink embed save parent report reply load more comments (2 replies) [–] yebehet 99 points 8 hours ago Captain America and the Winter Soldier, specifically the knife scene permalink embed save report reply [–] rtroth2946 21 points 4 hours ago Much of that scene was Sebastian Stan v Chris Evans, no stunt guys. permalink embed save parent report reply [–] Undecided_User_Name 7 points 3 hours ago A wonderful edit of this fight by /u/MissChemistryNerd permalink embed save parent report reply [–] mani_espi 3 points 2 hours ago I remember watching the movie for the first time and that fight scene was the one that made my jaw drop. permalink embed save parent report reply load more comments (3 replies) [–] Dubaru1128 50 points 9 hours ago Every fights from the Raid movie. permalink embed save report reply [–] Forlorn_Swatchman 13 points 4 hours ago I don't think people understand how much this needs to be top comment haha. Raid 1 and 2 ruined action movies for me because absolutely nothing can compare to their fight scenes. permalink embed save parent report reply [–] aspiringvillain 5 points 2 hours ago I highly recommend watching the fact fiend video on the raid movies, apparently the actors trained 2 years for the movie and did a lot of the stunts with martial arts conditioning and leaning into the strikes instead of protective gear

4/2/2020 What is the best one on one fight scene in movie history? : AskReddit 8/23 permalink embed save parent report reply [–] 18121812 4 points 1 hour ago Seriously, if I had to pick a movie to award 'best action movie' to, The Raid wins. It does so much well. The plot is simple, but not stupid, which is something many other action movies fail at. The transition from gun to knife to fists make sense. The anonymous henchmen only stay down after believable incapacitating attacks.
