If the organization culture is well understood, it helps employees to understand why organizations why they do certain things in order to achieve desired objectives. Cultures are either created organically or by using regular and deliberate actions of planning. The organization which is ideal is one that is able to know their culture and take required measures to effectively promote it. To increase production level an organization must assess constantly the practices and values of its employees to make sure that they are in line with the organization strategy. The main aim of surveying culture is to show how the behavior in the organization matches the values which are being expressed.

3 ORGANIZATION CULTURE AND STRUCTURE The company that I choose is Zappos’ which sells shoes and other retail products. It has experienced lots of success and profitability. Its organization culture has played a lead role towards its accomplishments. The company has put in place a culture that directs how work is grouped, divided, and organized towards realizing the company’s overall objectives. It is evident in the way they recruit and hire employees that always starts with a cultural fit interview. This helps in determining if the company will employ the candidate. The company also ensures that each member is aware of the 10 center values that govern work ethics. In addition, there is an aspect of better worker compensation, good benefits and a better working environment. The managers ensure that the candidates who are culturally fit work towards the realization of customers’ happiness by providing better services. They also ensure that the candidates who are
