Insure you are on the RSA layer.Check that the Endpoint OSNAP is ON.Invoke the Line command (icon, “L”, or “Line.”Select one RSA endpoint then select the other RSA endpoint and Enter.Enter again to re-invoke the Line command and repeat to close all RSA lines.e.Offset all RSA ends 1,000 feet from the runway end.f.Erase or delete original RSA end lines.g.Extend or Stretch RSA sides to new RSA end lines.h.Label the RSA on the RSA layer. Text height 75. See graphic below for label location.7.For both runways, create a runway obstacle free zone (ROFZ) with the dimensions for RDC D-IV with visibility minimums lower than ¾ mile (ref AC 150/5300-13A, pp. 271/283. See Addendum belowa.400 feet wide (200’ from the either side of the centerline), extending 200’ feet beyondeach end of the runway.b.Use same procedures as above for RSA.c.Label the ROFZ on the ROFZ layer. Text height 75. . 8. Trim the intersection. 9. Dimension the (1) runway, (2) ROFZ, and (3) RSA width on the runway 9 approach end area. See example below. a.
