through a new direction, StilSim mission statement will focus on the relationship between its vision and value statement. Mission. To best suit StilSim mission statement, I would like to introduce the future mission statement: “To form valued everlasting relationship with our customers and the most qualified candidates on the market”. The skills that their personnel bring will be captured in the mission statement where their qualifications, abilities, and experience are highlighted as, “we provide the best services offered by skilled and certified professionals.” Finally, the emphasis on customer service will be stated as, “we will add value to revolutionary processes to satisfy all our community.” All of this leads to a mission statement that reads, “As a leader provider in HR, we create solution to provide the best services to our customers and the most qualified employees on the market”.

A vision statement, no matter how big or small the company, should serve as a description of the company’s overarching aspirations," said Phil Shawe, CEO and cofounder of TransPerfect , a translation services company. "It encompasses the big picture and envisions where the company is heading long term."” (Fernandes, 2017) The vision for the company’s new strategic implementation will encompass diversity by bringing a better atmosphere, providing knowledge and expertise through our professionals, resulting in a steady growth for the company. All of those characteristics will help the company to create a new model that results in competitive advantage over all competitors on the market. This is the position where the new strategy hopes to place StilSim. The new vision of the organization will be: “To form valued everlasting relationship with our customers and the most qualified candidates on the market”. Values. “ The company’s core values are internally-facing—they’re not posted at retail stores. But within the company, they are important tools for bringing employees together across every level of the business” (Rossi, 2017). The core v alues will enable StilSim to embrace a new culture where the employees value communication, team work, and customer satisfaction. By carrying good values, the company will create a better atmosphere in the work place, and will be able to support the mission and the vision of the organization. We treat each person with dignity and respect. Every individual appreciates dignity and respect, specialy when it comes to work place. We spend most of our time at work. StilSim employees need to adapt this new style of communicating and treat each other. According to Heathfield, “ You judge respect by the way in which your organization, your bosses, and your coworkers treat you. You see it in how your organization establishes new rules and policies, how they introduce the new procedures to employees, and in how they compensate, recognize and reward you ” (Heathfield, 2016)
