Similarly, they relieve physicians the pressures from their patients and ensure improved quality of care as most specialists, and health care’s providers will work towards the achievement of specific set goals. Further, the decisions by the managed care decision makers will help to identify and support cost-effective interventions in the health care settings. Similarly, they help in increasing the quality, establishing the credibility, and creating consistency of the managed care organizations. However, with health care decisions being made by the managed care decision makers, there will be limited care access to those who do not have provider coverage. Equally, there will be limited options for those patients willing to choose their doctors. Moreover, the decisions will force most people seeking care to advocate for themselves. Furthermore, the decision-making process is not consistent with the set plans; thus, they will create inconsistencies in most health care providers.
