The ultimate goal is to limit the measurement of work stress with dementia patients, you should try and implement the accompanying ideas into your life: o Set a steady schedule o Remember not to criticize the behaviour of people with dementia o Educate yourself about the effects of dementia and the procedures for monitoring it o Talk to family members, peers, or other individuals in similar circumstances o Take care of yourself - take care of your daily diet o Exercise regularly and maintain public activities o Actual understanding of your ability to accomplish the required work promises - if you handle yourself, consider the incremental nature of your commitment
