Last but not least I will try to get up and be more active and exercise. These modifications to my diet will help me lead a healthier life. Examples: fruits and vegetables. Lipids are commonly known as fats. Eating a diet with high unsaturated fats in edibles lowers your risk of developing heart disease. Examples: vegetable oils, olives, and avocados. Carbohydrates are a class of nutrition’s that comprises sugars, starches, and fibers.
