It also helps potential clients to identify operators who have achieved the industry standard for experience and expertise. I firmly believe that adopting these measures guarantees compliance with the quality standards desired by any industry. But achieving them requires a lot of teamwork and coordination of each area to carry out this task, in addition to continuous training of staff to keep it updated. Just as it is important to take care of what is offered, it is important to take care of the needs of those who offer the services. I consider ethical issues very important since ethics in the hospitality industry impacts on employee turnover, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and overall success of any organization. 2.5.
