Just Culture is used to describes the broad issue where effects the way a professional does their job, usually because of human error. Just Culture Guides are used to investigate errors of patient safety. (NHS Improvement, 2018)

Make sure it is labeled. Nurse Jobs: Administer the medication correctly. Monitor the effects of the drug. Maintain Patient Safety. IT Team Member Jobs: Manage the technology used through medication process. Help education the rest of the team on how to use the technology. Fix any broken or malfunctioning technology.
