It is a quite simple structure they have. There is a CEO to operate the PSW. There are offices
in all over the Australia and each office is handle by the site manager and the supervisors
and there are staff to work. All the contracts goes to the CEO and the CEO will pass them to
each state office site managers. They will pass them to the HR manager will pass them to the
staff member. They will find the staff and allocate the job to the relevant employee.
The internal stakeholders are CEO, Site managers, Hr manager, supervisors, staff and
outsourcing employees. The external stakeholders are who are the people giving contracts,
clients, government bodies and suppliers.
