These activities can include rules, roles, and responsibilities. (Kenton) Culture and Attitudes- The culture an employee comes from is sometimes reflected in their attitude towards certain things. However, in a work environment it is best to create a culture of positive attitudes, acceptance of other individual’s values, understanding of the way people are and accepting changes that may come. Communication- Communication is key to any organization. Communication between staff and customers (patients) is a must.
