For instance, a lawyer needs to only discuss matters concerning the case at hand with their clients. Anything outside that is not worth saying as it could bring confusion and time wastage.

For instance, lawyers cannot be involved romantically with their clients as that can result in a conflict of interest. Lawyers also need to observe attorney-client privilege. Declarative sentences talk about what is asserted to be true. Declarative sentences usually are straightforward. These are the kind of phrases that win a case in court.
