usually comes in the form of flexi-time or working from home. Lastly, millennials also like fun with their work, so the stern approach may not work. They like a bit of play with their work to keep them motivated, these come in the form of out of work employee get togethers or team lunches to keep them connected with their colleagues. (Gilbert, 2011) Overall, I think that millennials are taking the work industry by surprise. They are a different generation and they definitely require different approaches, however as technology continues to grow and expand, the millennials are the ones who have the knowledge to deal with the changes, and adapt well. I think more stores like Tiffany & Co. should look to appeal to the millennials as a target audience especially as the boomer generation starts to taper off.
