Although they will get a section of the market who want seafood dining experience they are limited in their menu as well as limited in what they serve based on time of year and what is locally available from local anglers. Bubba's also appeals to locals, offers locally caught which places a foundation for the business by backing the locals, additionally they are also enjoyed by many age groups, genders, and seem to demographically draw the same as The Galaxy Restraunt. The largest variance will come in types of food offered, the lack of seasonal changes to the menu, and our ability to serve larger groups.A second local competitor is Ruby Tuesday's which is a Franchise that is located in many states offering burgers, salad bar, seafood, steaks, chicken dishes and pasta. Although Ruby Tuesday's menu has the ability to appease, any palate as well as offering later hours they are locally pigeon holed into being the place to be for younger crowds. This means fewer families feel comfortable taking children in after 5pm or 6pm as the dining experience become quite stressful trying to keep the children quiet. In addition to hosting a younger crowd, which deters families they also have a full bar which often discourages older couples, groups, and church outings later in the evening only successfully getting their business for the lunch hours.
