Angina pectoris is chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to heart with symptom of chest pain such as pressure, squeezing, burning, pain in arms, neck, jaw, shoulder or back, nausea, fatigue and shortness of breath with dizziness and sweating (Mayo Clinic, 2019). Reflux esophagitis is inflammation that damage tissues of the esophagus with symptoms of difficult swallowing and painful swallowing (Mayo Clinic, 2019). Peptic Ulcer disease characterized by open sores that develop on the inside lining of your stomach and the upper portion of the small intestine with symptoms of burning stomach pain, feeling of fullness, bloating or belching, heartburn and nausea (Mayo Clinic, 2019). Treatment of GERD are over-the counter options such as antacids to neutralize the stomach acid; medications to reduce ache production such as famotidine and ranitidine; medications that block acid production and heal the esophagus such as Prilosec OTC; and often prescription strength medications can be treatment of choice such as H-2 receptor blockers
