Acknowledged the right of parliament to govern the colonies but not the right to outright tax the colonies 3. Resulted in repeal of the stamp act from Britain 4. BUT British also issued a declaration saying that they could still do whatever they wanted to the colonies/colonists vi. Tea Act 1. Gave East India company a monopoly 2.
