• Deliverables are due at designated times as outlined on the Course Schedule table below (and always on
our Canvas home page). All assignment criteria and details will be described on Canvas.
• All of your work must be submitted BEFORE the 11:59 pm deadline . If you submit your work at
exactly 11:59PM, the assignment will be considered late by the automated Canvas gradebook.
• Essays, Excel MindTap projects, or other assignments submitted late – even one second after 11:59 pm –
will receive a 50% point deduction if submitted within 24 hours of the original due date. Example: Excel 1
is worth 35 points and will be due before 11:59 pm on January 30. If you miss the deadline but submit
Excel 1 before 11:59 pm on January 31, your grade will equal to points you earn minus 17.5 points. After
24 hours past the initial deadline, Excel assignments will not be accepted for grading.
• For Unit Quizzes/Assessments, NO late work is allowed. Start early and plan to submit early so you can
manage issues like internet connectivity and computer crashing.
• PLEASE double-check your deliverables after you submit on Canvas to ensure that you uploaded the
intended file and that the file was successfully submitted. Test the file by clicking on/opening your
submission once it is uploaded to Canvas. If your file is not submitted correctly, or if you upload a
blank, corrupted, or incomplete file, you will not receive credit for the assignment.
