Maryland’s Family Support Services (FSS) Information Line is one way information is shared with families to help them make informed decisions about services for their children. Family Support Specialists who staff the Information Line have expertise in early childhood education, child advocacy, elementary and secondary education, educational administration and supervision, special and general education, and special education law. The specialists can provide direct support by telephone, e-mail, and written correspondence.
