He also did not seem to know how to manage his boss well, because their working styles varied so much and Green did not to try to match Davis, which led to more conflict. Possible underlying agendas of Davis and McDonald One possible underlying agenda of Frank Davis that Thomas Green believes to be true is to simply get Green fired by being nitpicky of Green’s work style. Another possible agenda could simply be for Davis to get Green to match up to his expectations for the job. For McDonald, she put a lot of effort in Green in hopes to see him succeed, so she probably doesn’t want to see him fired and would want to fix the problem between Davis and Green by hearing about the problem from both sides. Conclusion As Thomas Green, it would have been better for him to recognize the power struggle that was happening and causing problems for his job that he was seemingly unaware of and especially to take a personal offense to it. Because Green prefers face-to- face interactions as his working style, it seems like it would be better to talk it out with McDonald in that way rather than by a memo. As far as Davis’s overstated projections go, it might be better for him to do more research on the subject. Green does have the option of quitting, however given his financial circumstances; it would be better for him to try to stake it out at Dynamic Displays.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
