Last but not least, poor moral responsibility is also the major reason why they failure to manage these issue. Nestle is having a low level of moral responsibility as they always failure to prevent a harmful act. The company is involved in a lot of unethical issues which prove the fact that they continue to act unethically which bring negative consequences toward the society (Unethicalnestle.blogspot.my, 2015).For example, Nestle continues to breach labeling laws and the promises of reform the practices of infant formula. knows the risks and negative effects on it and it was not difficult for them to rescue many lives, but they chose the money instead which they choose to ignore those harms (Andrei, n.d.). In short, all those factors such as poor issue management, Conflict of interest, and poor moral responsibility are the main reasons why the company failure to manage their unethical issue. The company should identify those obstacles the lead to failure and resolve it as fast as possible in order to remove their negative spotlight and improve the public image of the company.
