5.3 Quality Management Regular meetings will be scheduled with CPC leadership and the contractor to review the KPIs, budget, and overall operations to ensure timeliness and adequate compliance, as well as documenting meeting minutes and any action items. 5.4 Resource Management During weekly meetings, communications regarding personnel and material resources will be reviewed to ensure timely completion on budget. 5.5 Critical Success Factors Critical activities, schedule, operational delays and implications will be reported to CPC leadership within 24 hours of knowledge of the circumstance changes.
