They feel wanted and needed to their performance is improved by the sense of satisfaction. Some employee has a feeling of satisfaction by recognition from their upper management or teammate with their work by compliments or extra bonuses like lunch brought in to the office or nice compliments from their upper management that provides them with assurance that they are doing a great job and they are an important team member in the organization. Not always do they feel they need compliments but it is nice for them to hear theyare in fact, appreciated and noticed for their jobs well done. Of course, monetary bonuses are great too but not always expected or received. Additional way to recognize them and give them the feeling of appreciated is where they are not micromanaged but trusted that they are doing what is expected of them. 2.Explain the impact of employee motivation strategies used to maximize job performance.Motivation strategies can maximize job performance drastically. The way a team communicates with each other, how they manage conflict, and how they participate with each member in the group. Having clear understandings of what’s expected of you on a daily like receiving an email or memo from management can help motivate staff members remain aware of the task at hand.
