Our operation plan will establish the activities and budgets for each part of Smart Toys for the next years. Our operation plan draws directly from agency and program strategic plans to describe agency and program missions and goals, program objectives, and program activities. Like a strategic plan, our operation plan addresses four questions: Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How do we get there? How do we measure our progress? Our company’s operation plan will consist of two steps: first and the last step in preparing an operating budget request. In first step, we will allocate our resources and in last step, we will modify to reflect policy decisions or financial changes made during the budget development process. Our operation plan will contain: Clear objectives of our company Good quality of products will produce by our company Our company will reach desired outcomes Our company will implement timetables Our company will monitor progress of goals and objectives

Financial plan Smart Toys Company will start business from 20 crores. We will rent a factory in Karachi; its rent is 100000 Rs per month. Raw material that will be used in creating toys for our company will be purchased from plastic factory; its cost will be 20000 Rs per need. Machinery cost is Rs. 150000 which is an automatic machine. Smart Toys Company will be responsible for all transporting of the material and machinery of our company. We will borrow money from external resources, for example: we borrow from bank and other short term or long term loans from companies to invest in our company for achieving our target. Smart Toys Company will take loan from bank and amount will be 3 million. We will borrow money equal to our investment and this money we will reinvest in our assets. The revenue will be more and profit also more, we will earn if we invest more. The building, machinery, inventory, plastic, colors combinations are our necessary assets of our company. Funding request Smart Toys Company will take funds from investors and government grants to start a business. Our company will utilize these funds through purchasing of raw material and on any equipment. Through this we will earn profit and we will achieve our goals effectively. This thing will also improve our business and we will be able to create good image of our company in Pakistan.
