Very good “A little chocolate a day keeps the doctor away” No evidence that chocolate can lead to acne But, evidence that it can lead to heartburn + gerd (gastro esophageal reflux disorder – acid reflux basically) Chocolate is high in sugar… Sugar lactic acid lacquer cavities Chocolate also has anti-bacterial activity Some people get migraines from chocolate Chocolate can be used as cough treatment High in sugar = soothing effect Also contains theobromine which acts as a cough suppressant Chocolate is poison for little animals Never give chocolate to a dog/cat!!
