4Our team has a unique and diverse make-up of different personalities. Each person andeach personality bring a strength to the team. Each member’s weakness can be overshadowed byeach member’s strength. Our team supports dominate and structured outlooks and placing eachperson in specific areas of a project where they have these strengths will help to move the projectalong quickly to meet deadlines. What impact personality and abilities can have on an organization's performancePersonality traits can affect all workflows of an organizational and personal performance.Each trait has at strategic path in an organizational, which leads each personal to be successful indistinct roles. Various traits such as introverted work well in positions where interaction withother co-workers in expected. Work ethics are affected by various personality traits, as well asnew initiative outcomes. As some personalities need attention motivation and the motivatingfactors will vary as well. Structure in an organization performance is best developed and followed by somepersonality traits and others may display difficulty with this concept and may need furtherassistance. In all cases of any successful organizational structure, it is devised by a multitude ofvarious personalities. 5Diversities within groups can be a useful tool if one is aware of the differences of people.What makes a group diverse is not only race, but sex, age, political beliefs, physical abilities,past experiences, and culturally how someone was raised. People are unique, and when teams arecomprised at work these differences can have a profound impact on collaboration. Theworkplace is a microcosm of world cultures; and many of the different diversity can affect theproficiency of the workplace team structure.Grouping people helps in specific challenges, and diverse thinking. They are forced to getout of their comfort zone, and that can give new creativity to projects. The impacts of diversityare more crucial in the modern workplace. Open discussions within these groups encourages feedback within the group, and theteam leaders. To teach these groups to be an active listener, take notes, and practice moreflexibility within their thought processes. These thoughts must be heard by management andused to help the company.
