The process for critical success factors:
Step 1: We will pull together the team that will be working with the CSFs.
It is very important for business growth so, before we do anything else, it is critical to
pull together a team that will be working on critical success factors for our
business. This we will start at the high level of the organization, as it’s extremely
important to have senior-level contact. According to research organizations choose to
bring in a consultant to facilitate the process, but you can lead the discussion internally as
well as external.
Step: 2 We will gather data and idea from our employees.
We always prefer it is important that employees around the organization are able to
provide their feedback to business in some activities when we will determine our 10-15
high-level CSFs. But, this step could be in actual after step three, depending on our
