To encourage the motivation there are three main needs,which are: need for power, need for achievement, and need for affiliation (McClelland andBurnharm, 1976).As an example, in an organization where the manager and employee relation are well keptand there is great support provided by managers to the employee where the employee takesthe high dosage of motivation helps to increase the overall performance of the organizationby increasing the positive outcomes.One more factor of MARS model is ability, and it is also as important as motivation to focusfor everyone in the company. Having the ability of confidence also important when employeeis learning new tasks or getting the training of something new. There have been conductedseveral researchers, for example by Al- Eisaet al.(2009) and Switzeret al. (2005), to studyand analyse the trainees confident to help the process of gaining new skills.As an example, in an organisation during the training programs where the new skills or thenew technology operation being thought to the employee, there will be different level ofunderstanding accepting new skills from the employees according to their level of ability.
