are well lit up in order for people to see them, however in case of an emergency there are only four exits in total for a stand holding 1000’s of people this can be a problem for future problems. Food and Beverage Suppliers Since there are a lot of F&B suppliers at this event it is important that they bring their supplies on time and also that they are stored properly during the event. The main F&B suppliers for this event are Costa Coffee, Irish Village restaurant & MMI provide the various alcohol outlets. There are also many private caterers for various hospitality booths. Each outlet is responsible for the cleanliness and storage, therefore each one of them bring in their own refrigerators and freezers. A separate area for F&B known as the rugby village has been conveniently set up in order for people to be able to sit and enjoy their food. The village is spread out throughout the whole venue making it convenient for people as they will not have to walk to far to get what they want. Crowd Control The flow of people is very important throughout the event as it can cause major problems. The logistics manager also has to ensure that there is a form of control in case of emergency evacuation procedures are to take place. The flow of people is controlled by the security; there is also a colour coded wrist band in order to guide people as to where they can enter and where they can’t. Hospitality booths have a separate entrance and wrist band therefore it is easy for security to find out if people aren’t allowed to enter those areas. There is also a separate family area where kids can play and organisers also provide nanny services so that parents can enjoy the game without the hassle of looking after their children. If younger kids would like to watch the event there are also special family stands, this is a good way of controlling the flow as families will be separated from the rest of the crowd. Another aspect we must consider is whether we can accommodate of disabled people and in case of emergencies whether the emergency exits are accessible to them, the current facilities for disabled at the stadium are very limited as it is impossible for them to access the stands however there are specials areas that they can watch the games from. Media Since the event is going to be broadcasted live there are various logistic tasks involved, first of all placing of camera crew is very important as they shouldn’t interfere or affect the live matches. Since it will be televised live it is also important that there are plans in case anything goes wrong during the event to divert to commercials or other parts of the venue in order to not get negative coverage.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
