application allows for remote access and as one could assume from its name is custom
built for the company’s needs, but like MS Access would require bringing in additional
support due to Kingo’s lack of knowledge. This option would be very costly, considering
the custom build and the support that would be required to get it up and running. Google
Docs is an extremely low cost option, with full access for businesses at only $5 monthly
and the possibility of being up and running relatively quickly. In addition to this, Google
Docs allows users to access/work in the same document simultaneously and
distribution of emails is possible. Platform as a service is similar to Google docs, but a

came up with some options that can satisfy the needs of his company to regain
competitive advantage.
