MARKETING PLAN 9StrengthsThe high level of brand awareness is a strength for Allstar. This is because it has thehighest level of brand awareness when compared to the other OTC medications. The companynot only has a high level of brand awareness but also the highest brand trials among all over thecounter medications. Another strength is in the formulation of over the counter medications atAllstar Brands. The company uses the highest proportions of ingredients in their products whencompared to other companies operating in the industry. This makes their products very effective.This formulation of Allstar Brands products has brought the company the success that it hasachieved to date. The intention/actual purchase ratio at Allstar is also the highest among the overthe counter brands, which is another strength for the company. The meaning of this is that thecustomers who have wanted to purchase one of the products that Allstar brands produced haveactually moved on to buy it and did not purchase a substitute. Another strength of the company isthat its combined market share is the highest among all the over the counter brands. Thecompany has maintained a market share that is higher than that of its competitors.
