The download can be broken out by data class or data range. Blue Button allows control of information without special software – and enables individuals the ability to share data with their health care providers, caregivers, or people they trust. It provides consumers with a standardized and reusable copy of their health information through a simple download function on DoD, VA and CMS’ websites.Food and Drug Administration (FDA)is the primary federal agency responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices, and providing oversight of the nation’s food supply, cosmetics, products that emit radiation, and tobacco products.
