Implementation: Months 0-3: During these months the entire organization will be made aware of the proposed organizational changes to come in helping Perot Systems become a better company. Months 3-6: A team of managers will be established and employees will be made aware of such team in order to help employees adapt to the new structure/reward changes. This team of managers will provide feedback to Mort Meyerson in regards to how employees react to such changes. Employees will be informed about the changes with the current pay structure. The old structure will be done away with and new intrinsic motivated type of rewards will be offered to employees. These rewards will help employees feel good about the work they do in both the short and long run. Months 6-9: If there are any employees who resist change and refuse to adapt to the new organization mentality, those employees will be offered another chance at adjusting or leave the organization.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
