On the page that displays my customer information, such as my name, address, room number, and method of payment, there would be some icons/buttons that allow the user to perform certain tasks based on my information. One of the buttons is for making another reservation, which the user would click. I would then explain where I wish to stay and for how long. On the “new reservation” page, the user can enter a location based on city/state or zip code, which brings up a list of hotels sorted by distance (closest to furthest). The user would click on the closest location and a table of dates when free rooms are available would be shown. The user could then select which days I wish to book a room. Based on my request, a list of available rooms for my desired dates would be shown.
