HRM software upgrade 5. Monthly Employee Recognition In line with this, I have decided to send a copy of the plan to relevant parties and ask for your comments and recommendations. Hi Chrisille, Thank you for sending us a copy of the plan. Some staff are suggesting the provision of free parking for all employees. Many of our nurses park their vehicles on-street to save money and we found out that this has contributed to the increasing number of staff tardiness over the past few weeks. We hope this will be included in the employee benefits upon implementation of the new plan. Employee Benefits and Compensation will be considered the “Driver Program” because the main objective of the organisation is to retain highly skilled employees and decrease turnover rates annually. For this reason, the company will endeavour to provide above average compensation and benefits to every employee.
