A business case is constructed on top of a particular action or particular decision and its other possibilities whereas a business plan is built on top of a company or the whole enterprise. The business plan may possibly consider a particular product or a product line or the whole business (M. Schmidt, 2015). 2. A business case forecasts the consequences of a cash flow and the actions other than financial whereas a business plan predicts the success of a business (M. Schmidt, 2015). 3. A business case centers on the business objectives required to get a particular acceptance whereas a business plan centers on the business objectives of the whole organization (M. Schmidt, 2015). 4. A business case questions about the success rate of a company on performing a particular action or task whereas a business plan questions about how a company will be benefited by following that particular plan.

Executive Summary Executive summary is the summary of a business case about the initiative or current problem facing by an organization and the solution that is going to propose through the business case document (Mark, 2015). 1.1 Issue: Here the detailed description of the issue or problem of the project is discussed but not about the solution to that particular issue or problem (Mark, 2015). 1.2 Anticipated Outcomes: This segment describes about the anticipated outcomes after implementing the proposed initiative or project. This also discusses about the advantages of the proposed project after its implementation and the success rate of the project if it is implemented (Mark, 2015). 1.3 Recommendation: In the recommendations segment the method and approach that will be followed in the project will be described. Several options and alternatives are evaluated and desired optimum solution will be chosen (Mark 2015). 1.4 Justification: This section describes why the proposed project should be implemented over the other options and alternatives. It should also describe the consequences if the suggested project is not implemented (Mark, 2015). 2. Business Case Analysis Team This part of business case represents all of the team members who are involved in developing the business case. Moreover, it describes the roles and responsibilities of each and every team member (Mark, 2015). 3. Problem Definition

The business problem may be related to technology, marketing, product or service oriented (Mark, 2015). 3.2 Organizational Impact: This discusses about the impact of the proposed project will change the organizational hardware and software resources, tools, and other requirements. This should also explain about the new roles which are added if any or the way existing roles change the results of the project (Mark, 2015).
