management can be implemented. Hevani et al. (2005) believe that the bottleneck in the implementation of green supply chains is the high cost of eco-friendly goods, lack of sufficient time for rational coordination with nature, lack of security for development, and existing access to detail and mechanical issues. In any case, taking into account the impact of time on the ecological execution of an organization, Sini et al. (2017) believe that the real effort should be the phenomenon of conflicting time with the objectives of green supply chain management because more free-riding trucks will lead to their task is not good enough. Conflict with corporate development goals In order to promote the success of the company, each company needs to emphasize its own strategic goals. However, due to a large number of entities participating in the supply chain, enterprises will conflict with each other in achieving their strategic goals and achieving the goals of the green supply chain ( Silvia and Orlando, 2015). The literature often mentions the conflict of objectives for achieving sustainable business practice goals. Managers face difficulties in implementing green business strategies while maintaining their goals consistent with other strategies. Buyers' preference for the lowest product cost leads to competition and conflicts among companies. Therefore, suppliers must spend more effort to provide competitive and environmentally friendly products. Therefore, suppliers have to spend more energy to provide competitive and environmentally friendly products(Sini et al., 2017). However, implementing refined production may endanger the green efforts.Although green ideas and refined production sometimes complement each other, some managers may not be able to propose an optimal solution to these two conflicting issues. Managers need appropriate guidelines and measurement techniques to make decisions and simplify analysis attempts. Finally, the measurement method is crucial in the overall supply chain system. Early forecasting can provide advice for the company in future decision- making, and it can also prevent future conflicts through prediction(Sini et al., 2017).

8 Marketing Determining the right market for green products and services are essential before deciding in positioning the products in the market. A few negative- minded customers doubt the progress of the green production because of they whine about the unglamorous picture and the high costs of biologically friendly items despite the fact that the consistent advancement of eco-request is the efficient way to expand the consciousness of natural concerns( Silvia and Orlando, 2015). The literature describes a number of different feature lists to define "green consumers." Research shows that women are more willing to experience green products than men, and they are more environmentally aware.
