Secondly, education limitations are also complex challenges in the realization of adequate healthcare in underdeveloped countries. In most cases, reading materials are the only used materials in these regions to educate patients on diverse ways to manage symptoms and diseases. This is not forgetting the fact that, the literacy level in rural areas is usually very small. Moreover, these patients and their caregivers can barely comprehend what is contained in these reading materials (Daniil, Jenifer & Sanjeev, 2012 p 717) . Literacy level and readability of any patient educational material are very crucial health care issues which can never be ignored. Moreover, illnesses are not easily recognized. If treatment coverage is low, then there are fewer chances of learning of its importance. Consequently, poor comprehension and misinterpretation can be dangerous to the health outcome of patients (Agarwal , 2013 p 34) . This results to toleration of illnesses and diseases. Therefore patient education materials should be written in an easy to understand format that can be understood by a population with low-level education (Daniil, Jenifer & Sanjeev, 2012 p 718) . Strategies for Addressing Challenges these challenges In many instances, many people choose between undertaking the tiresome travel to access the available healthcare and forgoing the care. In many cases, the easiest is foregoing the care, and this increases the mortality rate or even the incapacitating the desired health outcome. Lack of public transport is also an issue that should be addressed in making health care even more accessible. To overcome this, there is a need to implement mobile clinics in the rural areas where access to healthcare is ineffective (Kahn, Yang, & Kahn, 2010). When these mobile clinics
