CONCLUSIONThis Term paper has shed light on the perceptions of employees and management in KOKEBSACCo Pl. with respect to what strategies are required to create change that achieves desiredresults in the organization. It has tested the eight step model for transforming an organizationby Kotter (1995) against the data and problems revealed that perceptions were aligned withthree out of the eight steps. Based on this alignment, further recommendations were made forthe consideration of the Union. KOKEB SACCO has to change recently and has to improvethe working condition of the organization, and the company must see the weakness andpublic perception to increase service delivery activities with new products in financialindustry.
