-You may NOT use the same workout more than once. All four must be different. You may include some of the same exercises, but must increase either your weight or your repetitions or both. However, you could have each workout focus on a specific body part, or do two aerobic-type workouts and two resistance training workouts. -After all four workouts have been completed, you will be expected to write a short journal entry about what you liked and didn't like about your workout. This is where you may comment that it was too easy or too hard, discuss what you liked or didn't like, or make note of any changes you might want to make in the future. -The final part of your project will be a single paragraph summarizing each of your journal entries and discussing what you learned. -Make sure to include exercises that you ENJOY! This will make the project and the workout much more fun for you. Helpful Information : *If you want to BUILD MUSCLE or INCREASE STRENGTH: -You need high WEIGHT, low REP exercises *If you want to get more TONE: -You need low WEIGHT, high REP exercises *If you want to BURN FAT: -You HAVE to get your heart rate up! The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
