Since we have many group assignments communication with my
class mates become very vital. Usually I would set up a meeting
with my group to go over the assignment objective, and plan
how to divide the work among us, and decide what type of
communication method to use (text messages, school email,
Google docs)
I show empathy when one my classmate is unable to attend a
meeting outside of school due to work schedule difference, then

M easurable – Create a goal that can be measured by a specific outcome. An outcome helps track how you are doing as
well as whether or not you have achieved your goal. How will you measure whether or not the goal has been reached
(list at least two indicators)?
A chievable – Consider how you will achieve your goal by outlining the steps you will take to achieve the goal. Is it
possible? Have others done it successfully? Do you have the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to
accomplish the goal? Will meeting the goal challenge you without defeating you?
