Therefore, business owners and organizations at large are advised to adopt employee benefit packages rather than minimalist approach in order to attract only the relevant employees, remain significant in the competitive market, minimize chances of employees quitting work, or even failure to report to work during working days. The benefits aid in improving the morale of the employees which leads to achievement of the organization’s objective thus safeguarding public perception. Motivated employees are always better than demotivated ones as they channel all their energy and resources to the business in order to achieve the organizations’ goals. Additionally, motivating employees also promotes loyalty within themselves and also for the business.
