Finally yet importantly, try to avoid political, religious or racial bias that is based on employee’s lifestyle. Working with human resources management, it’s manager’s responsibility to convey company’s mission, culture in friendly setting that promotes understanding, and values. It is important to let employees know how their performance can affect company’s strategies and improving relationship with client/ customers. In conclusion, it is important that HR manager makes easier for employees to understand company’s goals because that is only person who bridge between the company and other employees. When going through performance appraisal, manager should not bias because how employee is outside the work. Manager should clarify what the expectations of employee are and set goals for next year so employee can perform better. It’s healthier that manager and employee have more communication because it helps build comfortable relationship between two and this way they would feel more comfortable doing things and question it easily without hesitating.
