The company has huge success in the market for its unbeatable services, so it was important for the company to ensure that it is continuously providing value to the passengers. By having product innovation strategy, and sustained growth in the market. That would allow Emirates to be ahead of competitors, with the increased capacity and expanded market reach within the given situation of huge competition. The Emirates airline successfully expanded too many destinations across all continents including Europe, Asia, Africa, and the America as well, and it has become an example in the airline industry, and it became the largest airline company with 138 destinations across the globe. It made a history with being profitable for continuously 25 years. Meanwhile, it has 39.4 million passengers yearly and having employed 48,000 peoples with revenues of $19.9 billion. However, the increasing competition in the market has created complexities for the airline companies to sustain the growth. Since, there are many critical success factors in the airline industry. Airline industry is very competitive and developmental stages as the innovative technology increased the need for technologies, in the airplanes for the betterment of the passengers, and staff as well. Customers’ demands increased, due to competitive environment in the market. As each airline company was ready to capture the market. The company experiences various hurdles in the airline market including the new entries airlines which threaten to slice its market share into several facets. The Airline has worked its airlines in the large part of Asian countries for the past 23 years, earning a good reputation and winning many flight and airline awards. The Emirates Airline commands up to 39% of the market share Smith, P. (2004). . This airline has been successful due to its competitive pricing strategies that it uses successfully against its competitors. The company has maintained a world class flight operation as well as introduced cheaper long haul flights that are highly profitable. The airline has experienced the largest growth in the Asian airlines market. The company's long haul flight services have threatened to dominate Singapore Airlines due to the adverse nature of Singapore Airlines to introduce flights into the 'risk' prone areas of the Middle East. Long haul flights have proven not only to be fuel efficient but also time saving for the passengers who have found more efficiency as they can be able to do other activities after their flights Kleymann, B., & Seristö, H. (2016).
