MIU 5 REFLECTION 4 Team Report Given the frequent and rampant system failures, there is a need to understand the model of system effectiveness and identify possible threats so that the whole emergency programs succeed. Innumerable options and techniques also require identification, analysis, and implementation with the aim of reducing system failures whenever they are in use. Ordinarily, adequate preparation and planning for the systems had never been given necessary profound care to keep them in a more usable status. I believe that a much-focused approach should be put in place to ensure their adequate performance. Previously, I had not given much attention to the system site vulnerability analysis. I assumed that the scrutiny of the vulnerability of the environment is a non-issue and does not add value to timely response to emergencies. Conversely, site vulnerabilities need identification while systems should also be protected by responsible individuals. It is evident that when threats are identified and responded to in a timely manner, it becomes easier to improve the system effectiveness. In any case, the risks are not identified; I believe that even if all the systems and equipment are adequate and effective, it may not be possible to attain the highest level of efficiency necessary for the maximum improvement of response to risk and threats. Furthermore, it is crucial to outline all the components of a system and equipment that are responsible for a particular task. For instance, emergency response exercise would require the
