Behavioural Application- When the training is designed, a specific behaviour is expected fromparticipant after training. Therefore, the scale of behavioural change helps top assess the trainingevent.Business Improvement- This is more easy and specific to evaluate training event. If the trainingis designed for customer level, the sales volume will increase after training. If it increases, thetraining was effective and vice-versa.Return on Investment- After getting the training the employees will be, efficient in businessoperation. Therefore, the return on investment will increase. P 3.2 Carrying out an evaluation of the training eventAsmentioned earlier, the training method makes the differences in the organizational evaluationof staffs. Tesco PLC reported that the training event helped to significantly increase the HRDsuccess rate. The training evaluation should be carried out properly.The HRM department of the company should carry out the training evaluation program. Forabove discussed training evaluation technique, the manger should maintain various duties andresponsibilities for all the methods.For the satisfaction and participant reaction method the manager can make a questionnaire basedon the training provided to them. After making the questionnaire the, it is necessary to distributethe questionnaire to the participants and collect after the questionnaire answered by them. Thedata obtained by the questionnaire technique needed to be assessed the training performance(Patil and Kant, 2012).For knowledge acquisition method, the manager can take a test based on the training contents.Again, for behavioural evaluation method, the manager can arrange seminar to assess thebehaviour of the participants. The managers can also evaluate behaviour by maintaining directinteraction with them. The business environment method can be carried out by direct supervisionof the managers. It hasfour different fields of reviewing the evaluation of the training methods such as the review of theContext, Input, Input and Process.Context:It describes the functions and environment of the evaluation program. In case of, Tescosales representative training program the method of questionnaire must be handled in the salesenvironment. The respondent should be selected from the correct source.
