Leaders not only need to keep the company in line with their goals but also need to take care of their employees. As yet, Hasanah Harta Sdn Bhd is still searching for the best solution to overcome their organization issues. 4.1 Leaders Need to Handle Employees Who Disobey A leader is an important person in a company or an organization. The task of a leader is very important because leaders need to ensure that the company or organization operates smoothly to achieve the goals set by the company. However, leaders often face challenges in leading a company. Some employees will do according to their employer but not to some workers who will against the instructions given by their leaders and do not want to do the job. This has been a bit of a challenge for leaders to lead them. However, as a responsible leader, leaders need to think of ways and solutions to ensure that these defective workers are motivated to do their job as directed.
